Winter conditioning is currently going for all event groups. - 400/800 and Distance groups are meeting 3:15 Mon-Fri in room 015 - Throwers are meeting 3:15 Mon-Thurs in the fitness room - Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers are meeting 3:15 Mon, Wed, and Thur outside the library Reminder that you must have a sports physical (from this year) and complete all paperwork prior to the first official day of practice: Monday February 29.
